Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective
Items are missing from your order
Returns must be requested within a reasonable time after delivery.

Reason for return
Supporting photo evidence (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Conditions We do not accept returns in these cases:
Items used, tampered with, or missing original packaging
Late return requests
Personal preference reasons (color, size, etc.)
Refund Process Refunds are issued in cash only, consistent with our COD policy. Once a return is received and verified, we will arrange for refund via our courier or local representative.
Exchanges If a replacement is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. If no replacement is in stock, a cash refund will be processed.
